پیش از هرچیز خوشحال هستیم که در این جشن با ما همراه خواهید بود. لطفا قبل از پر کردن فرم زیر، نکات ذیل را با دقت مطالعه کنید
اگر در روز ۲۹ نوامبر ثبتنام کردهاید، به هیچ وجه در این روز ثبتنام نکنید تا از هر دو روز حذف نشوید
لطفا فقط از اسم کسی که در خانه امید ثبت شده استفاده کنید و از پرکردن فرم به نام افراد دیگر خانواده خودداری فرمایید ( توجه داشته باشید که به هر خانواده فقط یک بسته ویژه کریسمس داده خواهد شد)
(در نوشتن آدرس ایمیل خود دقت کنید تا تأییدیه برای شما ارسال شود. (بعد از پر کردن فرم یک ایمیل تأییدیه با آدرس و ساعت شروع برای شما ارسال خواهد شد
لطفا کارت شناسایی خود را به همراه داشته باشید، اسم و آدرس شما در روز جشن چک خواهد شد
درب ورودی بعد از ساعت درج شده در ایمیل بسته خواهد شد و متأسفانه از پذیرش عزیزان بعد از آن ساعات معذوریم
توجه داشته باشید، بسته هدایای کریسمس در انتهای جشن اهدا خواهد شد

We are grateful that you will be joining us for the Christmas celebration this year. Please consider the following before filling out the form bellow.
Please do not register in this form if you have already registered for the Nov 29, so your name doesn’t get erased from both events.
- Each family will only receive one Christmas hamper. Please don’t fill the form under different family member names, only use the name that is registered with us.
- Please have your ID with you, your name and address will be checked at the Christmas celebration.
- The Christmas hamper will only be given out at the end of the event.
- You will receive an email confirmation after you have filled out the form which will have the arrival time and location. So, make sure you write your Email Address carefully to avoid spelling mistakes.
- Please arrive no later than the specified time. Late comers will not be granted entry to the event. (BE ON TIME)
